I also had setbacks. Can't figure out exactly why. Seems to be worse after a couple of hours gardening.
Or maybe after alcohol. Or coffee.
Fortunately I certainly also experience steps forward: Stretches of time when anything "down there" feel normal: Even when walking I usually don't have to do "concious kegeling".
But I admit that I still get surprises when I: Very tired after sleeping to a movie
rise up from sofa without preparatory kegeling; THAT released drops. Lifting heavy stuff: the same.
I think: Just do your kegel excercises and do concious kegeling as needed when lifting, walking etc.
