Did someone just ask an incontinence question? I've studied it more than NASA has studied the Moon. I have data. I'm swimming in data. Dripping in data...

There are a couple of reasons for the squirt after gardening for half an hour....

Before you went outside, you emptied your bladder. You were able to do anything with no leaks because you had nothing or little in your bladder. (Of course it could be that you have a tight bladder sphincter but odds are you don't or you wouldn't be here.)
Now for the data and the disclaimer: Your mileage may vary.
On average, a healthy male's kidneys produce one ml of urine per kg of body weight per hour. In English units: a 180 lb man will produce almost 3 oz of pee per hour. So after a half hour of gardening you had 1.5 oz more pee in your bladder than when you first started.

Everyone's bladder will begin to leak at a certain fill level. Let's call this the leak level. When I was incontinent (shudder) I would leak if I had anything in my bladder. Call that leak level of 0 oz. Right after my sling surgery, I would leak if my bladder had more than 450 ml ~ 16 oz. I was good for about 6-8 hours. Great! Now, 6+ years later, I leak when I am at ~200 ml or 8 oz. ~3 hours. OK but not great.
Your leak level was close to zero right after your surgery. That level is slowly rising. Maybe it is at 2 oz now. Maybe it is at 3 or 4 oz.
You are healing and progress is so slow you can't see it. If you are a lunatic like me you can pee in a cup and weigh every pad daily. Make an Excel plot with 2 and 3 day running averages with forecasts to actually see and track your improvement.
Or you can know that there is a 2 in 3 chance you will be dry in 3 months and an 8 in 9 chance you will be dry in a year. If you are in the unlucky group, like I was, know that it can be fixed with either a sling or an AUS. You will not be this way forever.

10 weeks is still close to surgery and your body is still doing some healing. Likely it will get better.

Of course the moment of leaking depends on the bladder's capacity, BUT it must also depend on the force/ability of the "new sphincter" to withstand the pressure - or?

Yep. It does depend upon the pressure, too. As part of my lunacy I measured pressure as well!
The guys who visited here during one of the GFMPH gatherings can attest to this.
How did I do it? By using basic hydraulics.
In the garden, I made a series of concentric semicircles with 6 inch spacing out to a radius of 3 ft. I put the origin of the semicircles at the edge of the patio. Standing with the balls of my feet on the edge of the patio I measured the distance from the tip of my "nozzle" to the ground when held horizontally.
With that number I made an Excel app using basic ballistic equations and the hydraulics equations from The Lee Company, makers of precision fluid control devices. For a given height, and a given flow restriction, the distance the fluid (pee) shoots is a function of the pressure. I would record the furthest I could let fly when firing horizontally.
I actually went out every few days, pulled my pants down and peed into the pea stones in the garden. One of the guys here (Goodlife) called the colored stones "pee gravel".
When I was totally incontinent I could only shoot about 4-6 inches. Very low pressure. But as I healed I could let fly further and further. I was able to see and quantify progress that would not have been visible had I only used the toilet - like a normal, civilized person.
As you heal you will be able to see progress but only if you take data. And we all agree that without data all we have are anecdotes and opinions.

All this data came in handy when I was deciding between an AUS or sling to fix my waterworks. Data showed me the way.
