I've got to chose between a peace of cake sedation biopsy without an MRI image for guide and the in office TRUS biopsy with the local anesthesia, more of an adventure I have heard, but an accurately targeted lession guided by an MRI image. I've been following the AS since 2012, PSA now 6.80, Gleason 3 + 3 = 6. Didn't give it the attention it deserves from 2014 until 2017. Beginning to think it would be great to have the darn thing removed and not have to worry about
future PSA, biopsies or margin leaping growth. Anyone thoughts would be appreciated. I am sure that your biopsy will go well and it will be better when it is completed. For me I'm in a zone of confusion
