Repeating myself:

Which, again IMO, is the most rational path of action for your father. It's no surprise you're emotionally exhausted, given the many opinions you have asked for on this and several other forums, not to mention the many doctors you have spoken with, long distance, all the while attempting to come up an impossibly steep learning curve, and find a non exsistant perfect treatment and physician. And from what you say, you're still doing the same thing. I note you've had a lot more than 4 opinions!
My tough love for you, and my concern for your dad, is that while seeking out information, at some point......enough is enough. Pick a course of action and go with it. I believe what's best for your dad, are the multiple services and expertise at Moffitt, and the sooner the better! As has already been told to you, and in my experiences, many of the best physicians are not particularly good communicators, and can get testy with extended requests for detailed explanations from patients relatives.
You should realize by now that there are NO certainties with PCa. "“Learn from history or you're doomed to repeat it.” At long last it's time to help your dad pick an option, and stop all the confusion.
I'm praying for both of you.
