Active Surveillance in New Jersey

I have to change my insurance plan and I cannot go out of state any more. I have been going to Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC and have been in there AS program. Can anyone recommend a facility in NJ with a AS program. I would like one that incorporates MRI guided biopsies.

I am in Central NJ. MSK has 3 NJ locations. Can you somehow 'switch' your AS to one of those sites?

JayMot, thank you for your reply. Do you know if any of the 3 sites have a Prostate Cancer (Urology) group?

Not sure, but their website states:

"Many patients prefer to receive their care closer to home, and for them we have prostate cancer experts based at our regional sites in Long Island, New Jersey, and Westchester County as well as in Manhattan. Our state-of-the-art regional outpatient centers offer diagnostic services, some pre- and post-surgical care, chemotherapy and radiation treatments, and follow-up care."

I think if you reach out to your primary provider at MSK NY and explain your situation, I'm sure you can get your case treated in NJ.
