SHARP radiation for salvage?

Is the SHARP radiation protocol available for salvage treatment? Is it being done anywhere on the West Coast?

If you mean SBRT, there are clinical trials at USC and COH.

Make sure you understand the risks, which may be considerable. Salvage radiation is a very different kind of radiation compared to radiation as primary therapy and carries unique risks.

SHARP = Stereotactic Hypofractionated Accelerated Radiation for the Prostate.

Over 12 years post DaVinci prostatectomy at CoH it looks like I am headed for salvage treatment. The idea of giving up 2 months of my very busy life to visit a radiation lab 5 days a week is distressing.
