PSA was 5.5, clear margins after surgery, 3+4 gleason.
No erections since (pain in the arse)

If I'm 8 years and still pitching undetectables I'll put up with no natural erections.

The way the trimix works for me I don't care if I ever have another natural one. Starting to think my wife feels about the same way. Last couple years before I was having a tough time getting a full erection that was worthwhile anyhow.

Thanks chaps.

We dont get trimix here in the UK we get Caverject which doesnt work for me.
I can get a 70% erection with Muse 1000, not enough for penetration but enough for other shennanigans.

Very nice!

Us high risk guys can only dream of those kinds of results! But at least my last PSA reading was undetectable. However being on ADT3 again I guess simply means I’m still hormone sensitive. Given my pathology and recurrence history it’s still relatively good news.
