There's a fair amount of good data out there that maintains an association between PSA bounce 9-24 months post RT, amidst a longer journey to nadir (and usually a lower nadir at that), with better long term cure rates. You are in good company, hang tight and let's see where you are a year out from now. Studies also show that recurrent PCa after RT show PSA rises later (a median of 41 months out from initial treatment), so the fact that your bounce has occurred less than a year out from primary RT treatment statistically points to a bounce as opposed to recurrence. Hang tight, hopefully a year out from now your PSA bounce subsides and you are once again heading toward a longer term nadir.
