Using only radiation as a primary treatment it can take years to get to nadir. Most men reach it around the three year mark, but many take much longer. The bounce usually occurs from 18-36 months, but varies among men. No set time for either. Depends on you, your cancer, your treatment. So everyone is different.
For me I reached my nadir in 90 days and I have never exhibited a bounce. Why? 36 months of ADT. So the averages and means meant nothing for me since I had ADT due to my risk status.
