Process of regaining continence is not linear like many pointed out. It is slow process that for most guys takes 3-6 months. I am not of the opinion that we will ever get back to 100% at 100% of times.
My recovery was very slow for first 10 weeks averaging 400+ ml for this first 10 weeks. Yes, I weigh my pads at that time. Most of my progress happened in weeks 11 - 13 where I recovered about 70% and was @ 98% by the end of 3 months. I reached my max at about 9 months to 99%. I still have stress incontinece when running, lifting, blowing the nose, sneezing, farting or do any strenuous activity.
So, when running or going to the gym, I still have small pad in my compression shorts.
I can live with it.
