Just for comparison, in my case the leak weight decreased to a half every 10 days, starting from about
250 g. per day after cath removal, 15 days after surgery. Therefore, it was less than 5 g. 8 weeks after. I was surprised it followed such a consistent exponential decrease after reading in so many comments that it shows ups and downs. Of course, they were fluctuations in daily figures, depending on the activity. It seems that your progress is a bit slower but similarly consistent. But as you said, sometimes you do not feel it if you do not weight it.
about
the Kegels, I did them before surgery whenever I remembered. After surgery, I realized I was unconsciously trying to avoid leaking in my walks and I thought that more effort could be kind of overdoing. I did not ask my uro about
this but I know from other patients he is skeptical about
their usefulness. But maybe they help in some cases.
