yep, we're there right now and trying to stave off the onset of the full-bore panic that the diagnosis brings initially. I had a cousin who died from Pca and my husband had an uncle on his mother's side die from the same. In each case, the men were in their 70s and had not had early diagnosis or treatment.
Knowledge is the key to overcoming the fear. These days most guys do just fine. There are so many new treatments and drugs that you have every reason for true hope.
As you learn more, the more under control you'll feel.
