Hello again Zero

I never tire about giving out this result. Once again for the 45th month since Nov 2012, since starting Zytiga, my PSA result is <0.06, undetectable at my lab. once again elated and thankful. My other blood levels are very good also, except the RBC count is low at 3.7. Feeling overall very good, fatigue dues set in at times each day.

My Onc Doc suggested that he may recommend the check-ups every 6 month instead of the current 4 months, but cautions that still with high risk, advanced PC, we need to keep this in check, because the ol C cells are "lurking/dormant/sleeping"or whatever they choose to do right now, and can actually become a problem at any time. (But as far as prognosis, I speak a different language than the doc does.) He says no more Lupron now or in the foreseeable future, so still on an extended lupron vacation. Got my Xgeva shot in the arm, not too much sting at all this time.

My biggest obstacle right now is to loose weight, at 200 pounds on a 5" 8 1/2 " frame I am (hate the term)"obese". I need to loose at least 10 pounds before my senior "Oldlympics" swim contest on Sept 17th, and keep loosing a lot more pounds. But I am claiming those swimming gold medals ahead of time, keep the faith all,

Thanks very much for the support, thanks to all my band of brothers(and sisters)

Ed -no RP ,no RT, since with advanced PC, mine has "left the barn" I hate that term too. The docs said RP would not be worth it, may cause more problems. I was actually tattooed for some RT but canceled as my pain(none) did not reach a significant level in any bone nets. No pain at all currently. Actually starting to believe a couple of the mets were not there at all, could have been from old baseball injuries! The % of PC found in each biopsy sample was significant though in 4 of the 12..so here I am though beating all expectations!
