Hi!
Incontinence gradually improves, but has not totally stopped.
I am (too) new here. Not great with computer. Current age 69 yrs old. Diagnosed CA of prostate by biopsy on 9-30-2015 (2 of 12 cores, positive CA.) Gleason 6, highest PSA was 1.29 . Decided to have Clev. Clinic-Robotic Lapro surgery on 3-24-2017. Negative margins, etc. Since surgery, PSA <0.03 which I think they consider as "undetectable". Almost total ED, have prescription Viag., not tried. Have problems with anxiety/depression since diagnosed. No longer wearing Depends. Incontinence is quite aggravating. Has improved, not normal. Urge, caffeine coffee, and sometimes lifting causes leakage. I love coffee in the AM, which means restroom must be near-- hate decaf. Also, need to work on more consistant Kegals. Like to travel, which means I have to pretty much have to dehydrate myself, especially no coffee/cola when driving. Also, have to use Men's room stall if I wear a Depends-pad. Can be quite humiliating, embarrassing. Quality of life not what I expected, but I am alive to enjoy my family.
