Just participated in one these events in Boston. Well done, and a lot of fun. Suggest you all check it out.

Nice work. I did the NY version 3 years ago, with my daughter who entered me as a birthday gift. She's a marathoner and knows I've always wanted to run a marathon with her but impossible due to knee issues

I would do it again. But I'm at a point where my knee is worse, and i couldn't even walk 5 km, without having a problem.

I wish I could still run. Seven years of HT and leakage makes it hard ( I wish. Ha.) I like Zero and all the events and info they put out for us. Best to all!

I always form a team for my local Zero event in Harrisburg, PA. This year we will have about 70 people on my team. This includes some of my docs, nurses, the support group I help form, and a ton of other friends and families. It’s a great event.

I will be participating in the ZERO Prostate Cancer 5K in Kansas City Sunday. It's all about raising money and awareness. They are a great organization. I highly recommend signing up when they come to your town. There are 19 cities involved this month.
