Here is a quick update.
PSA taken yesterday, and now down to 2.4. Great trendline. I am very happy thus far.
No urinary, rectal, or sexual side effects.
Celebrating tonight!

MG:
SBRT is a radiation treatment for low to intermediate risk PCA. 4-5 treatments instead of 25-40 treatments. Higher doses, but more precise targeting to reduce risk. I seem to recall there are some clinical trials for higher risk PCA but not certain.

Google and read about
Dr. Meier of Swedish in Seattle. He has been one of the leading SBRT doctors and has been doing some work with the higher risk guys.
Myself: Unfavorable intermediate risk and I am doing great 9 months out. Some urinary issues that are equal to or just "slightly" worse than pre TX due to my BPH from the 66cc prostate.
