Hello Everyone,
It has been about
a year and a half since my last Lupron shot and I'm still very fatigued most of the time regardless of how much sleep I get. Any ideas on what may be causing the chronic fatigue.
The good news is that the hot flashes, Lupron fog, and emotional stability are all better since my last Lupron shot.
I walk two miles per day religiously and sleep a good eight to nine hours a night, don't drink, am taking B12 and I'm still tired almost all the time.
Let me know if any of you have any suggestions, ideas, or are experience the same fatigue. Doctors do not seem to know what is causing it other than saying it could be a lingering Lupron side-effect that may or may not go away.

Slight correction in my earlier post, it is just a little over a year since my last Lupron shot rather than a year and a half.

Have you had your T level checked?
You might ask for a sleep study to see if you have sleep apnea.
Maybe up your walk to 3 miles a day.
Just some random thoughts.

There are a number of things beside the lupron that can cause fatigue. To start I would get your thyroid checked. Here is a good article on other causes https://www.verywellhealth.com/things-to-know-thyroid-disease-fatigue-3233188 Sometimes depression can seekin without you knowing it. If possible I would also try increasing the intensity of your exercise. Walking is great but push ups, jumping jacks, squats might add some spark. The seven minute workout is a free app. Here is a cute video on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGGleRBn99Q
Good Luck!

Take Vitamin D supplement, I take 9600 IUs daily. No that's no where near a toxic level. Harvard thinks 50K might be somewhat toxic, but it's not clear.
