I want to emphasize that HDR brachy requires special skills/training and that there aren't many doctors who do the procedure routinely. One reason being, that the money aspect from the MD viewpoint isn't as good as with IMRT, for instance. This point was also made by Turboz.
Finally, and as often stated, it's important to choose a doctor who has done many HDR brachy procedures.
