No, no, I'm here! Just had lots to do this weekend and still digesting these messages. I thank everyone for their responses. HIFU is just one possibility that I've been considering.
Quickly: I have 3 cores positive at 5,10, and 15%. I had an initial biopsy, an MRI and then a guided biopsy which found the third malignancy. All are 3+3=6 and my prostate volume is around 33 cc. Initially my urologist told me I was a good candidate for AS but after the fusion biopsy he's changed his mind, and in fact I only finally was able to speak with him about
it today.
He doesn't feel I need to jump on this immediately but is provisionally advising RALP or rads. I've had radiation before for another kind of cancer, so if I go this route I'm at the moment thinking of the surgery. I may do a genetic test in the meantime.
