Having SVI, you are definitely high risk. If you were truly G8, that would also make you high risk.

Yes, mine was still localized, though I cannot speak for Trailguy, the other T3b in this thread.
Steve, I have followed your story closely, as I suspect if my cancer had grown just a few more months, then I might also be in your shoes. I hope the ADT works well for you, As you know, there are several guys here on lifelong ADT who have survived 10+ years. And who knows what new treatments may be just over the horizon?
