Wow another surgery and I probably would be one of the 5 that didn't have any luck, Think I'll pass and see if the human body does any recovery on it's own. Does sound interesting I'll say that.

Another continuous improvement in surgical technique. Because surgery remains an "art," and not a computer program, it will continue to realize significant improvements over time.

I got a kick out of this statement, thought: "This procedure is also much less invasive than the traditional alternative of penile prosthesis.” Prosthesis is NOT the "traditional alternative"...it's the alternative of LAST resort.

I didn't have anything to wait for. URO took all my nerves. An implant after RP with no natural filling is nowhere near a natural erection in many ways.

Old Beek... yep they took my nerves and seminal vessels too so in the same boat as you but I'm quite a bit younger so we will see if mother nature does any healing on its own? I probably would feel different if I wasn't on Lupron tho. It is what it is I pretty much don't give it a second thot anymore to busy doing other things'

I'm sort of with Larry here ... wait and see if things get better.

It is, however, exciting to see improvements on techniques that could improve nerves ...

Hopefully the findings from these trials will make their way over to other trials, and perhaps in the US.
