I don't know how many from this post are still following. I have been replying on another post in this forum and just came across this one. I want to back up what MK said. This is not something that takes a ruler or daylight to know. I was down approximately 2.5" to start standing or sitting, about
-1.5 now standing at 14 months post surgery. This is both flaccid and when I use a pump and constriction rings to stretch it as far as possible. Normal erection with Cialis is probably still at least 2" shorter. I had nerve sparing done on left side nerve. When I bend over or sit, I think it is still close to the 2.5, because it pulls in as far as it can and feels like it is under tension! Tried the Viagra and pump early on. Viagra did nothing and at that time a pump wouldn't pull it out. (buried penis) I gained almost 1" flaccid while standing from using a penis stretcher for better than 10 months and then found an expensive vacuum pump that will almost pull the skin off. I had a very large prostate. I think early rehabilitation helps, but several of us tried about
everything available and are still substantially shorter. I think it is a combination of prostate size, surgeon skills, and genetics. Some kind of surgery is in my future to help this, but not sure what yet. Some have received relief from implants. Not sure how they will work in my case because of difference when sitting vs standing. I have done a lot of online research. Not finding any real answers, but finding more and more people like me. I will have to go outside of my area to find if there is someone that can fix me, but from the number of people I see with the same type of result in different areas, not sure humpty dumpty can be fixed and still be considered male.
