I have been using the <brand name redacted> extender and I am totally satisfied... also I recently have started to combine the extender with an <brand name redacted> Penis pump and it has helped me to get faster and more noticeable results. I am doing my best to avoid surgery and it is working. I just want to share my experience to others because if I had undergone the surgery as the first doctor I visisted told me, I could have suffered secondary effects as many other patients have reported such as Erectyle disfunction and constand discomfort.

Hi Daniel,

I have just diagnosed from Peyronies and I have decided to start a treatment with a penile extender called <brand name redacted> as you recommended in your post... and I was thinking about combining this treatment with Collegenease injections but not sure about what to do. Any advice? My doctor recommend me the extender but he was not sure about the injections in my case.

I am 100% satisfied with <brand name redacted> extender and my penis is almost stright again. As you I was reading about those injections but it seems this drug is no longer recommended. Check this post

I don't read this as "no longer recommended." More like "may not be available" outside the US/Canada.
"Endo Pharmacauticals has discontinued Collagenase Clostridium Histolyticum (CCH) injection in Australia and Asia, and plans to do the same to whole Europe by the end of 2019. The American laboratory has decided to withdraw it for economic reasons. As a result, the drug is no longer available except in the US and Canada. If you need any advice about <brand name redacted> treatment, let me know. You must be constant and wear the device everyday 8 h divided in periods of 2 hours, dont skleep with the device and dont miss any day. If you follow the instructions, you will get excellent results but be patient, this is not a miraculous treatment.

Since this thread was inactive for a number of years before you found it and commented, I was curious what has been going on in the research since last I looked at the topic. There seem to have been a number of recent studies and most of them are generally favorable. I'll post a few links and from them you can find more by clicking the "simiar articles" link in the right-hand column.
The first is a review from two Turkish doctors:
The use of penile traction therapy in the management of Peyronie's disease: current evidence and future prospects
The other two are from the Mayo Clinic. They probably would have been included in the review if they had been published before the review was written:
Outcomes of a Novel Penile Traction Device in Men with Peyronie's Disease: A Randomized, Single-Blind, Controlled Trial. and
Efficacy of Combined Collagenase Clostridium histolyticum and RestoreX Penile Traction Therapy in Men with Peyronie's Disease.
