That's great, Ed. I'm due to have blood drawn for a PSA on June 17th and then meet with the uro a week later. I'm not expecting any bad news, but I guess you never know. I sure hope I can get good news like you. Congrats!

thank you everyone! I feel extremely fortunate. I broke with my normal protocol this year. I usually get tested and then get the results from my doctor even if the visit is a month away. but this year I called and got the results a few days after the draw. I had zero anxiety this time,,,,and that's a little scary smile.

clocknut. we got here around the same time. I especially keep an eye on my peers, and we both know it's been a mixed bag. i'm pulling for you dude but I know you're gonna be ok!

thanks men. I forgot to mention all my other numbers look good too. last year around this time my doctor said it was time to talk about statins because my cholesterol and other numbers were too high.

I told him I would like to get retested in I think three months. during that time I lost weight, cleaned up my diet, and stepped up my cardio exercise -- something that I periodically have to do. i'm not dairy free but I don't eat dairy at home except for occasional ice cream and mostly when I do buy ice cream I get dairy free. I also rarely have bread at home. for wraps I will use low carb tortillas or lavash.

hey Jake! it's supposed to be really hot beginning tomorrow. I do a lot of fog photography this time of year on Mt Tam and they closed it all weekend because of a red flag warning! it's not even that hot yet and after last year's fires that's an ominous sign for photographers. I'll also be headed over to the eastern sierra soon for milky way. the clouds are usually pretty lousy in the summer so that's the plan. Alameda is a cool place. hope you guys had fun!
