It was a lot of fun. I went for a week at a time in '69 & '70. You would practice through the day, then play a double header against some visiting team every night. The little league team I played on would go play a couple of times per year. Stopped by a couple of weeks ago and really did regain memories. The on the way out I thought My gosh that was 50 years ago. Man O Man.
BTW Alephnull, I read recently where you worked at a parts store in theday, and I for one do know what the blue 'jobber' sheet is all about. Wife says if I fall and break my head open, numbers will fall out rather than blood.

Jobber sheets, great discounts if your boss will let you have them.

Numbers, my wife swears the only thing I can remember are numbers. Give me a grocery list and I can remember how much of everything I'm getting, I just can't remember what I'm getting.
