10drum, I'd be concerned, or at least concerned, with the impact of the THC and CBD on your PSA, and your true PCa situation. Sometimes drugs can reduce PSA, but may not have a corresponding impact on PCa. Example is finasteride, which drops PSA by about 50%, but has no impact on PCa. It just makes the prostate put out less PSA. I wouldn't be confident using your PSA numbers for any decisions unless you could test again without the THC and CBD. Then, you would see your true "pure" PSA, and could make judgements about next steps, if any.
I have a similar situation, as I have been treated for PCa (CyberKnife in November 2016) but have been using TRT for many years - before diagnosis, during and after treatment. When my T goes up a bit, so goes my PSA. As long as the excursions are minor, we just write it off as "noise" but if anything went seriously out of range, we would be forced to consider stopping the T to get a new "normal" reading.
Not trying to tell you what to do. Just bringing up a similar situation for your information.
