Question for guys on Xgeva

Any experience with Xgeva? I have two painful bone Mets in the left ischium. Basically, it hurts to sit and had been hurting for at least a couple of months. Had to go for a six hour trip for the holiday and thought the car ride was going to do me in. Got one of those cushions with the cutouts for the sitting bones @nd had resigned myself to believe this was my new normal. The cushion helped some but not enough. Went to my MO on Monday before the holiday and got an Xgeva shot. Two days later, no pain and none since. This stuff is amazing! I was told it was prescribed to help with bone density but had no idea it would take away the met pain. Anyone else get bone met pain relief from Xgeva?
