Hi FranPro! With respect to the ED, do give it time. The surgery is quite an insult to everything. Three months is still within the aftermath/aftershock
There is considerable variability in the recover time to whatever one's final status will be.
As you know, with your PCa not being prostate-confined, large tumor burden (60%), and high-risk Decipher score for mets (even if just above the lower-end of high risk, 0.60), you have to be prepared for adjuvant therapy if you have persistent PSA. Think if this as Part 2 of your primary treatment. Since the seminal vesicles are removed with the prostate, it's possible that all one's cancer is also removed, but RT to the prostate fossa can knock out any remaining healthy or malignant cells.
