I've copied my updated history below for easier access.
As you can see, my PSA has wildly gyrated in strange fashion over the last 10 years with a spooky big jump currently.
You'll note the two Biopsys show minimal/no disease.
The MRI last year showed nothing (PIRADs 1) except a huge and growing Prostate volume. 94cc's, can anybody beat that?
Anyhow, at that point, the generally increasing PSA was logically attributed to prostate enlargement.
The result received today was a bit of a surprise. The Urologist suggests retesting in a month.
Assuming it doesn't get better, what are your thoughts and suggestions?
Thanks,
Carl (age 73)
