Hello, AK123 ~~~
I don't know a fellow who doesn't become concerned by any uptick in PSA.
A friend of mine says, "I can't believe how that little number can make my day - or ruin my day!"
I have been on ADT since 2013 - my treatments are shown below in my health history.
My oncologist has told me to expect little fluctuations, up and down --- and taught me the difference between a fluctuation and a trend.
Like you, I also have testosterone tested, along with PSA.
Anyone on ADT needs to ask their doctor for an occasional testosterone test, to make sure the ADT is suppressing testosterone to its greatest extent possible.
Your testosterone level is low, which is reassuring.
My testosterone levels fluctuated, initially, which created what are called "spikes and flares" in my PSA.
Eventually, for my case, we found ZOLADEX worked better than LUPRON or FIRMAGON.
Continue to get those consistent PSA tests. My oncologist has me do labs monthly.
That was certainly a tremendous tumble downward in PSA for you with FIRMAGON!
With frequent labs in my case, I know that my oncologist is being proactive, so that we can start right on top of my case.
I always get to the lab in advance, so that my oncologist has received results from the lab before we meet.
For your case, continue to monitor the testosterone levels, as you have been doing.
Again --- we have to expect some fluctuations in PSA levels, along the way. There can be a little variance, each and every time.
Continue to be vigilant, and track those PSA levels, in consultation with your oncologist. You are already being proactive, by monitoring things closely.
Your oncologist is your ally and advocate --- and sounds like you have a top-notch medical team.
Meanwhile, keep living life to the fullest.
A favorite quote that I like says, "TODAY is a good day to have a GOOD DAY!"
Stay in touch with all of us here ----- let us know how you are faring.
Above all else ----- here's to a GOOD DAY, indeed !
