Anytime a comrade here shares news of an UNDETECTABLE level, from recent PSA labs, it's cause for a celebration!

I will challenge you to a five-pound weight loss challenge --- I walk year 'round, but had to skip some days this past winter, when we had snowstorms and blizzards here in the Midwest --- then the Polar Vortex came around, from the Arctic, which dropped the wind chills far below zero.

Spring is here --- so I am back to walking every evening --- and a few times on weekends. I drink cold tea and water all day --- no calories there, just sayin' !

Weekends --- I have been exploring some new trails at county parks and area lakes.

Here's to some celebratory moments, with the great news you shared!

Curious what your PSA is currently, but we know that really is not the only stat, in fact we are not defined by statistics or by PC for that matter.

Wings...Tea for the Tillerman...indeed...all the tracks are gems from that work of art...Cat Stephens...a much maligned and wrongfully so...artist...from back in the day...every lyric a nugget...every note a pearl...

Wings...lets talk about "temptations" that "riddle" us (as in a a active verb i.e.the the body riddled with cancer and as the more obvious one...a riddle to be solved...both are apt) and how to solve them in the old fashioned way...via "taught" experiments...this...of which is a seminal taught...has helped me along life's body of travails...ah word play...much like ones spouse...to be used in offense and defense as the sitiation requires...to maintain "interest"...actually used with gender non specificity...but I digress with joy....onward>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Umm...ok...finally...hey...Im a story teller?!...A temptation has an intensity of desire and a frequency of desire,,,think of a heart monitor and wave length...ok...this is tricky...the intensity of desire is the peak and a constant...it never...never changes and why it is so hard to ignore when it presents...the saving grace and it IS that...is that the "wave length" of this dynamic...does change....the more you ignore the intensity of desire and say no to it...the longer the length it is that the intensity rears its ugly head...until it will be minutes...then hours...then days...weeks months years decades until you get the desire...but no matter when the desire shows up...the intensity will be as strong as it ever was...so just say no...as Nancy Reagan said back in the day....a power point app would be
useful here...yikes...

I know this sounds crazy...but is it possible this dynamic has applications in terms of PCa reccurrence...where faith and the lack of such,,,is both the protagonist and the antagonist....yeh...I know...I think too much....

one more crazy thought to ponder...could chronic interior pain...be attributed to phantom limb pain...in that disections of tissue would react as interior amputations of limbs...subject to exterior amputations phantom limbs....I realize that this post is subject to much riddlecule...so be my guest...it tickles me fancy...dontcha no....
