Pi rads 4 lesion right poster one dial zone at the mid gland and apex measuring 1.0 x 0.5 x 0.9 cm
1.2 cm well defined geographic lesion in the posterior left iliac bone which is likely benign , however only partially visualized in this exam
Trabeculated appearance of uniary bladder likely related to chronic outlet obstruction
Prostate size is 41.3 cc
My psa was 3.5
Please give me any feedback on this would appreciate your thoughts

1953 to 1986 Washington Ave and 179th then moved to beautiful Norwood

Thanks Glen, I should probably update.

To make a long story short, at my last visit with my RO, and PSA check, in May, or June I don’t recall, my PSA was still undetectable, testosterone up a bit, still in the low side though, and I was offered the option of stretching out my visits from every 6 months to once a year. I declined, thinking it just doesn’t fit my personality LOL.

However, I’m thinking after this upcoming appointment November, I may decide to go to annual. I’m really just up,to my *** in doctors, and it’s getting tiring.

RO said (actually, NP, she’s very knowledgeable, I haven’t seen my RO in 2 years), that after 3 years post salvage and ADT, if I haven’t become detectable, it’s likely I’m done. She said Yes, of course it’s possible, but very small chance, considering 3 years of undetectable, combined with the fact that I hit it with both salvage and ADT very early. (When post surgery PSA hit .08.)

So a happy ending (I wish lol). So far. Hope it continues and hope it provides some encouragement to others
