So did you have surgery? Radiation? or just hormone therapy on and off?

I did the triple play 26 rounds of radiation, HDR , and 36 months of adt.

Sober1,
Your T returned after the ADT wore off, so even though your prostate was radiated, it can still produce some PSA. The amount it produces will vary, so you're seeing that as the small "bounces" your PSA is taking.
