Looks great to me, 3 putt! Nice, clean trend. Not much else to ask for.

I will soon have my 5-year PSA after SBRT. My PSA has been "noisier" than yours and hasn't gone as low as yours, but maybe this time it will. In my case, some of the statistical noise may be my long-term use of TRT before, during and after my treatment.

JNF:

I had burning during urination and a little blood in my stool the first few weeks. Nothing now except reduced ejaculate. Everything works. No sexual, urinary, or bowel side effects. My treatment team did a great job. I still have to monitor, of course, and things could change. But I am very happy with the results. I have several friends who have not been as fortunate, and I am very grateful.
