Hello all, I would like to invite you to our weekly support group. We meet every Wednesday at 7pm EST. All are welcome (partners, wives, etc.). The purpose of the group is a forum to share our experience, strength and hope on this cancer journey. Please copy paste the info below to join the meeting.

My husband is not generally a fan of support groups, but he thinks he might give one a try.

Denis: can you please tell me more about this Zoom group? Any additional info would be great. For example, is it part of a larger group? Who typically attends? Does it skew more to those with aggressive PCa? Recurrent PCa? How long is the call usually and what is the format?

Great questions. I will answer some. You are both welcome. I facilitate the meeting and model how we share. I quickly review my case pathology treatment and any current issues. Then folks can ask questions or answer if I asked one. I then go to the new folks and ask then to share whatever they feel comfortable with and if they have questions. Again the group will offer suggestions and support. If you both would like to chat on the phone to learn more send me a PM and I will share my phone number.

The group is not affiliated with any other organization. I started it 2 years ago and it is doing well.

We average 25 folks. And the meeting goes until 10 but many folks drop early, no requirement to stay. Denis
