I was a 4+3, had RP, 8 year survivor. If the cancer has spread no point in surgery.

Its not all luck, went to a Boston hospital that specializes in Pca surgery. The Doctor had many years experience doing RP surgery.
After surgery and radiation the next best thing you can do for yourself is keep the immune system in top shape. Eat right, take vitamins and exercise every day. Never much went with all sorts of supplants that people say will get rid of the cancer, just say as healthy as you can.
