Many thanks for all your replies, they are appreciated, went back to work today ( builder ) going to take it very easy for a while, feel guilty watching my 2 fellow workers doing the hard stuff, but what the hell im gonna make the most of it, feels weird going back ive never had so much time off in my life, not one for sitting around at home. Picked up my "stiffy" pills today gonna have a go at 1 tonight, probably gonna end up with just a headache like the rest of you, mind you thats normally the wifes excuse ( only joking ) who knows what might happen, think i will cut one in half ( 50g ) and go from there.

Hey Norskie looks like we have similar stats, keep up the exercises and the incontinence should sort itself out. Be lucky all of you,and anyone starting out on this journey that no one wants to go on, have hope and be positive and our friends on here will be with you along the way.

Hi Tony & Ruth, hope your surgery goes well for you both next week, dont worry to much its a piece of cake, and im sure you will be up and doing your work as quick as i was. took 50g Viagra last couple of nights on advice of doctor, took about 10 pm and nothing, only thing is ive been awoken in morning on both occasions about 5am with a salute from my old friend, dont know if its a delayed reaction or if its me.
Ill keep you posted.
