Dear HW Team,
Like everyone else, we made the usual small talk while waiting for our appointment and went over our list of questions for the doctor. Today marks a year Don's been on HT and we agreed we needed to look ahead to the time when it no longer was effective...you know, to prepare ourselves...just in case. When you're in Don's situation the reality of the treatment is ever present. We watched others in the waiting room and Don commented (as he always does) how fortunate he is to feel as well as he does. That his life is full and very good. Still, many of us know the feeling of the RESULTS DAY and the emotions that come with it.
Weight, blood pressure & pulse then we're shown to the "room". We wait a bit longer, go over the list one more time and the doctor comes in...with a smile. That's a good sign...PSA 0.1 again! Yes, yes, yes!!! So, another 3 month shot and we're back to living a grateful life!
Our hearfelt thanks for the support here,
Don & Susan
No, we didn't forget to ask our questions!
