hard time finding Dr. Snuffy Myers Beating Prostrate Cancer book in Canada

Hi Everyone:  Thanks for all your input and help to my last post. I have searched our book stores, Chapters, Indigo, etc... with no success in finding Dr. Snuffy Myers book Beating Prostrate Cancer.  Does anyone know anyplace in Canada where I can buy it. We really want to get this book. Any help is appreciated. Rob still has back pain almost daily except for yesterday when he was almost pain free until the evening when it started again. He has been on Casodex 150mg for 14 days now. Does anyone know if the Casodex would have fully kicked in by now or is there a chance that it could take longer to work, the same as the Ketoconozole did when he was on that. The Keto didn't start working for Rob until he was into his third month on it.  Hope everyone is doing well. You are all still in my prayers. Again, thank you for listening and helping me. I got my copy from www.amazon.com and they still have 1 copy left.

I ordered two copies from the Prostate Forum and they took a few weeks to receive.  When I called and spoke with the women to order a second copy she informed me that they just added the book to Amazon.  I checked this morning and there is still a copy available.  If you end up ordering through the Prostate Forum, my advice is to call and order over the phone as opposed to online.  I also ordered the Cook Book for my parents, which is a great resource as well!
