How long after surgery before ED drugs and pump?

My Doctor is of the school of thought that he wants to wait and see how things progress before intervention. However, he is not against my using viagra daily if I wish. When did some of you start the drug rehab part of the process?

Then, when did any of you start using the pump?

Dr prescribed 50 mg viagra 3X's a week to begin one week after catheter removed. After about 2 months, that was increased to 100 mgs. Because my response to viagra has continued to improve over time (still not 100%, however), I have not moved to the pump or injections.

My surgeon started me on 5mg of Levitra the evening before surgery and continued it daily right through the weeks following surgery.

I began 25 mg Viagra daily the night the catheter was removed, 10 days after surgery, then one 100 mg Viagra every 7 days. After 6 weeks I began using the Vacurect pump while continuing the Viagra, after 3 months I began Caverject injections.
