Glad to hear that your psa numbers are settling down. I know I have been concerned lately because my psa numbers moved from a minus to a plus. Your numbers as stated are still lower than my urologist considers reason for concern. He will only consider further testing if my psa is .2 (two tenths) for two or more tests.
When you look at the decimal point, you see that the difference from .01 (one hundredth) to point .03 (three hundredths) is not even measurable in older tests. Now if you move up to a .2 (two tenths) you have made a bigger move. I forgot a lot of my 6th grade math, but remember .2 is TWENTY times more than .01 .
