I've used this website on several occasions in the past. It's has good solid information, in my opinion.

I don't know how to sort out fact from fiction, science from pseudo-science, or QuackWatch from Quackpo***ch !!

I would not dismiss ALL alternative therapies as rubbish. I am trying the Budwig Protocol and will report back the results.
