Is it possible with no nerves spared to have erections using pills, pumps or shots?  Does no nerves mean no erections of any kind or just no spontaneous erections?

No not necessarily. There are things that can help. Even implants. I know one such guy who did the implant and he says it works great. For your hhusband, he may not have sensation again, but there is still intimacy in your future.

As a non-nerve-spared, I can report that all the sensations are still there, it's just the switch that turns the erection on that doesn't work. This means no natural erections at all, and no response to any of the old stimuli. So no spontaneous erections.

However good erections are still possible. Pump and shots work well for me -- sex is every bit as good as before.
