One more note for Magaboo,
My last post here describe shaping the beam. EBRT does not do that, it is basically a beam that is in the full shape of the gun. Sometimes the RO will position a lead mat on your body to manually shape the beam. EBRT can be more effective at attacking cancer when it's
location cannot be identified. It does have greater side effects because it will hit a greater area. The fact is your relapse is likely in the area where the prostate was ~ in the prostate bed. But I don't know enough to contend that EBRT isn't the right choice for you.
