4 weeks since RRP, some general questions

Hi folks; Some general questions if I may?

Is it normal so still see an occasional pinkish urine (blood?) drip at the end of urination? Just a few, once or twice a day. Also see some pink spotting in pad?

Has anyone experienced a wicked sensation and the very end of their urination session at this point past their surgery? This is happening for about 2 weeks. I got the cath out 20 days ago. Just as i empty, this odd, pressure type pain occurs; it actually makes me yelp. I found that if I kegel just before I finish, it reduces the pain.

I've achieved some unplanned/occasional semi-erections either by making out & cuddling or just wake up with it... however, it feels like my urethra all along it's length is stressed and it hurts. I get a pins & needles feeling. Sound familiar to anyone?

I'll mention these things to my doctor when I see him, but I like to run it past those with first hand experience.

I had the same "symptoms." All is fine now.

Seems like everything simply takes time.

Pretty much the same here.  I'm about 6 weeks out from davinci RALP.  had some blood at the end of urinating, particularly after a bowel movement, and passed a few spongy clots.  that has now subsided.  the burning sensation at the end of urinating at first was due to blood, I guess it has a different pH, or something.  Now I still get some of those feelings at the end, but much less, and reducing with time.  The urethra stretch feeling is less than you describe for me, but still there is the sense that you wish there were just a little more rope...

Sounds pretty normal and seems to lessen with time.  You should, of course, bring it up with your MD at next visit.  Best of luck.
