Over the bridge

5:30 AM appt, out to the garage, had thrown one chain during yesterday's practice outing. Head between hands, but the show must go on. 20 miles of creeping along in the unfamiliar deep Seattle snow with the one chain. Not knowing whether the support staff would show up.

They did. Robotic yesterday. All green flags on the op side of things. Hospital discomfort night, leaving for home in an hour. Now to see what the countryside is like on this side of the bridge.

Glad you made it to this side, careful coming home in that bad weather out your way. Be thankful for those wide pelvis, my dr. is still complaining about how deep and narrow mine was during my open surgery, and how much it complicated things from a surgical perspective. Good luck on your healing.

 Welcome to this side Gerbe and glad to hear things are going good for you....watch that Seattle snow. I was out there in about 74' or 75' putting a ship through the yards over in Bremerton when it snowed 3-4 inches....I was amazed coming from the midwest, it literally shut that place down....of course all of us sailors had a ball, but then....that's another whole story!! 

 Again, welcome to this side, take time and heal....
