CT Scan Reading

Hi,

Here is the findings from my CT scan,

FINDINGS: The prostate measures 4.3 cm in height for CMAP and 5.1 cm in width. The lateral wall appears thickened. The patient may have hypertrophy. Only the lower pelvis was imaged and no adenopathy was seen. No fractures are seen.

IMPRESSION: Status post pelvic CT scan for image planning. The bladder wall appears thickened which may be due to hypertrophy

I am confused - is it hypertrophy of the prostate or the bladder. Can the hypertrophy be a reson for my higher PSA?

So far the doctors havent said anything about it and only now did I look again at the CT scan and started wondering iwhat it might mean. No blood in the urine, except after the biopsy.
