Anyone had this experience? Two weeks after laparoscopic surgery the feeling of the pain in my stomach muscles around the larger cut (extraction site?) has changed. It seems now to be associated also with localized muscle cramps, particularly when I have been sitting. I can feel the tightness with my fingers. I can usually make it die down by pushing out my belly or arching my back or lying flat which seem similar to stretching a calf muscle cramp. I worry that the cramping may be pulling on the internal injury sites and prolonging the healing process or increasing the scarring in those muscles.
Always gotta have something new to worry about

It's been a while but I remember a fair amount of discomfort too. (not counting the dire urge to scratch the incession area)

I remember those feelings as you describe the first 3 to 4 weeks after my
open surgery. If it were me, I would be calling my dr to make sure it wasn't something else going on. Hope you do better

I recall having infrequent cramps more on the right side of my stomach for a while after surgery. For a period of time, all I did was sit around after surgery.
