I bought the Encore VED pump few weeks ago and I was able to get blood to flow into the penis. This past week, it stopped working for me. Any suggestions as to why I can't get the semi erection I used to get?

Not a clue really, you did better than me I could never get the VED device to work, tried many times. All I got was a sore member so to speak. I went on to trimix injections, much better results with less hassle, still using, waiting for junior to wake up on his own.............. tongue

Might need to do a little trimming/grooming/cutting back the bush. If you don't get a good seal.....

I sugggest trimming the hair around the base of the penis and using plenty of waterless lube. Once you get a good seal it should work. It takes a lot of practice. I am about 15 months out and still use it for blood flow. Don't give up. At your stage it is very important for rehab.

That does seem strange that it worked for a while and now it does not?
As Boot said, trimming is a must, I shaved it all off completely (use a 4-blade razor and carefully!) and have never had a problem with the Encore - except that after a couple months use I am running out of room in there! *wink*
Someone else suggested pumping as much as you can stand, then back off a little and the pump some more.
That does work very well and is probably better rehab than just pumping to max and leaving it there or even slipping on the rings right away.
Once the rings are on the blood flow is way reduced of course so I don't think that part is really rehab (but is the fun part of course).
Did you get manual pump or battery powered? I still like the motor version, even if a little loud. Sometimes loud is good sometimes. When my wife hears it from the other room she comes over to cheerlead.

Thank you for your response. Before I started using it. I trimmed the hair around the penis and it worked for a while. I guess the hair grew longer and I'm not getting a good seal. I'll try your recommendations and hope to get it to work again.

I might suggest for rehad try using the VED in the shower with some soap foam. Pump and hold a bit then release. Do this 3 to 5 times. Much more comfortable.

I have the battery Encore pump. It easier to use. Now that I got it working I'll start pumping and stopping several times.
