A supplement seller in San Diego was arrested for falsely advertising his products for use in cancer. He is also one of those who misleads people with the use of the term Doctor to describe himself.  The article is below.  We have had numerous discussions here about this topic.  I for one am very happy to see some activity with the legal system against what I believe is a terrible crime to prey on desparate cancer victims.

It's despicable. But these quacks couldn't operate without those who keep thinking there's a miracle supplement out there to cure them. Or that eating well after dx will make up for a lifetime before.

I still remember the guy here who only posted once about going to a chinese acupuncturist/herbologist in help with a disease that rarely ever occurs in the orient. Meanwhile his psa kept doubling but he didn't want any part of western medicine.

Thanks Tony for sharing this with us. I do agree it is so sad to see people like this prey on families at their weakest moments. Thank goodness at least one of these criminals is off the street.
